ISEE recognizes significant contributions to environmental epidemiology by both experienced environmental epidemiologists and promising new researchers. Please click here for detailed descriptions of each award and instructions for submitting award nominations or applications.
This program is in its third year and provides less experienced abstract submitters the opportunity to receive feedback from experienced researchers before submitting their abstract to the ISEE 2017 conference. Feedback can relate to the formal requirements of abstract submission, as well as the quality, interpretation and presentation of the research reported. Ultimately, we hope this Program will help students, young researchers and those with less experience increase their chances of having an abstract accepted for ISEE 2017.
Applicants who wish to take part in this program and receive feedback before submitting their abstract to the ISEE 2017 conference should email their abstract to firstname.lastname@example.org by the 21st March 2017. Applicants will be paired with a more experienced researcher from the ISEE Student and New Researchers Network (SNRN). Together, this pair can work on improving the quality of the abstract before submission to ISEE 2017. The Abstract Review Program is completely independent of the abstract review and selection process for the ISEE conference.
The submission of an abstract indicates an understanding of the following rules for participation in ISEE 2017:
